Active ingredients

Niacinamide (vitamin B3), which calms inflammation, reduces visible redness, and strengthens the skin barrier. Ivermectin, which targets the Demodex mites linked to rosacea flares. Metronidazole, a topical antibacterial that calms papules and pustules, at a lower concentration formulated for sensitive skin.

How to use

Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin as prescribed, usually once daily. Your clinician personalizes frequency based on your skin and response.

Potential side effects

Most effects are mild and often settle as your skin adjusts. Possible side effects may include mild dryness or light flaking, temporary stinging or warmth on application, transient redness, skin sensitivity, and itching or tightness.
