Who We Are

Luvo Health, Inc. operates a digital health platform that provides information, coordination, and administrative services in connection with telehealth offerings made available by independent, licensed medical groups, pharmacies, laboratories, and other third-party providers (collectively, “Clinical Partners”).

Luvo Health itself does not provide medical care, make clinical decisions, or dispense medications.

Luvo Health is not a “covered entity” or health care provider under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

Certain Clinical Partners you access through the Luvo platform may be HIPAA covered entities or business associates under HIPAA. Those entities maintain their own Notices of Privacy Practices, which govern how they use and disclose protected health information in connection with diagnosis, treatment, payment, and health care operations.

Information collected directly by Luvo through its website, onboarding flows, customer support channels, marketing tools, or payment processes is governed by this Privacy Policy and not by HIPAA.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with Luvo and the services you use.

Information You Provide to Us

You may provide information such as:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
  • Account credentials and authentication information
  • Transactional information related to orders or payments

If such information is submitted to Luvo inadvertently, we use it only as necessary to address the request and delete it when no longer required.

  • Facilitate access to Clinical Partners and services you request

We may aggregate or de-identify information so it can no longer reasonably be used to identify you. We use such information for analytics and service improvement and do not attempt to re-identify it.

Consumer Health Data

Some information we collect may relate to your interest in health-related products or services. Under certain state laws, this information may be considered “consumer health data,” even if it is not protected health information under HIPAA.

Luvo does not sell identifiable consumer health data.
Luvo does not use consumer health data for targeted advertising based on specific medical conditions.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, understand usage patterns, and improve functionality.

Minors

Luvo services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
