BPC-157
BPC-157 is a 15 amino acid peptide studied since 1993, mostly around tissue repair and gut health. It's become one of the most talked-about compounds in recovery and longevity.
In April 2026 FDA removed it from Category 2. On July 23, FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted to recommend it for compounding. Once FDA finalizes that rule, it becomes available through licensed pharmacies.
We're building it now. Pharmacy partner, protocol, clinical review. Our list gets it first.
Active ingredients
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) — a synthetic peptide based on a protective sequence naturally found in the body's digestive tract.
Potential side effects
Reported more often: pain, redness, or swelling where you inject.
Reported less often: nausea or lightheadedness.
There isn't much human safety data yet, which is why BPC-157 belongs under a clinician's care.
